- All reservations and arrangements for use must be made through the Rankin County Board of Supervisors office.
- All applicants must be at least 21 years of age. The person making the reservation will be held responsible for seeing that the building rules and regulations are adhered to by their group
- Hours of use are Sunday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. – 10 p.m.
- Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in or on any part of the premise.
- Tobacco use in not permitted within 25 feet of the building. Evidence of tobacco use in or near the facility will result in the forfeiture of the Security Deposit.
- The renter is responsible for immediately reporting ALL DAMAGES, RULE VIOLATIONS & DISCREPANCIES. Failure to do so may result in loss of renting privileges for the group
- During live or recorded performances, the performer’s conduct or performance content must be appropriate for families and general audiences. Profane, lewd, indecent or slanderous content is unacceptable. Excessive noise from any activity may result in a report to law enforcement.
- No decorations are to be placed on the walls or any other structural member by use of any means. It will result in forfeiture of Security Deposit
- All trash must be bagged and removed from the premises. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the Security Deposit.
- Groups are responsible for their own set-up and clean-up within your rental time.
To insure the return of your deposit, make sure you to clean restrooms, kitchen, main area, and sweep, dust, mop all floors, and remove all garbage.
